Jordie and Joel installed our filter systems in my home two weeks ago. They did an all around... fantastic job! Their communication with the entire process from start to finish put me at ease, and instructed me about the future attention my system would need. These young men were careful and thorough. I enjoy doing business with them. My husband and skin has been feeling great. I would definitely recommend this company and these guys to do your install. Love all of the soaps and cleaners we received as well! 10/10!read more

Josh and Marcus were fantastic for our install! They were on time and professional, but also... friendly. There was a potential for the install to have to be delayed, but Josh took it upon himself to reach out to his manager and figure a way to where they wouldn't have to come back again.They were also super chill about my kiddo asking questions about what they were doing, and explained everything we needed to look out for and what to expect and how everything worked.read more

We had our water treatment system installed 2 yrs ago. Sales person was great, installer was... great. However, it stopped working 2 months ago. First we find out that there is no warranty on these things, and so we will incur a ridiculous fee to get it fixed. Next trying to actually schedule an appt is a nightmare. First attempt was last friday. They told us Friday between 8-5. at 7:15 pm the repairman called from Arkansas to tell us he was one his way. He apologized and expressed his frustration with scheduling. We had other plans so we had to cancel as he wouldn't of been to our house until after 8pm. We called in Tuesday to reschedule. They apologized for the mixup and said we would be the first appt Wednesday morning. We asked when that would be. They informed us that the techs get to the office around 8, load up and leave around 8:30 and would be to our place by 9am. At 9:30 still no tech. When we called, they informed us that we had been pushed back on the schedule and that the tech was at his first appt. We wouldn't wait any longer and had to get to work. Have now missed 1 full day and one morning of work for an appt that still hasn't happened.In the name of being fair, I’m editing my review. The service manager at Moore Water stepped up and made our situation right. End result we are happy with our system and the service. I will be the first to admit that sometimes people/companies have a bad day and as long as they are willing to make things right, I’ll stick with them. Thank you Moore Water!read more

He was not the pushy salesman type at all, in fact we had to ask for more information on pricing. We probably would of bought a whole house system but we are moving and will do so for that house.
