Austin came out to our house to do an annual maintenance on our softener and RO. He was extremely through and went over everything with us asking if we had any questions or concerns.

The Air purifier that came with our water system was a game changer, my wife's allergies has gotten so much better, didn't realize we needed one but hey, it's nice!.

The man who changed our filters was so nice. I recently had surgery and Cameron offered to take the salt I've had in my trunk and carry it down and fill my system up and also replaced a leaking hose we had been waiting to fix for awhile.

The best part of the entire process was the install, I wish I got the name of the other tech with him but Zach and him were very professional, as someone who was an electrician I can say with confidence that they both should be the standard for how you should conduct yourself in a customers home, they were very knowledgeable and fast, didn't leave any trash or extra materials and got us on our way very quickly, you will have no headaches concerning install

Zach did an amazing job with my installation. He explained the equipment very well and was happy to answer any questions I had. Overall was a great experience and great company. We love the soaps and nice soft feeling after a shower!
